Craig Connects

Craig Newmark, the eponymous name behind craigslist, is bringing his talents to journalism. Specifically, he’s joined the board of the Center for Public Integrity, a nonprofit investigative news organization.

This coincides with the launch of craigconnects, a new venture that aims to leverage the Internet to “connect and protect organizations that are doing good stuff.”

Areas of focus include journalism, community building, the Middle East, Open & Accountable Government, Technology for Social Good and Veterans Issues.
