This is Muse. This is Adobe’s new Web design system — essentially the new Dreamweaver, except built from the ground-up to work more like InDesign or Illustrator. This is designed for designers who don’t like code. This is free until early 2012. This is awesome.
Adobe’s doing a lot of thinking as it prepares for the next few years of cross-platform development. A few weeks ago it released Edge, which is a post-Flash motion design and animation tool for HTML5.
And now there’s Muse. It’s not for the big boys and girls who code us shiny things but it is indeed, as ShortFormBlog says, awesome.
